We’re MOVING! Prize Pickup will resume on Monday, December 13, 2021 once we move into our new offices at 1100 Alakea Street, 29th Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813. Your safety is our top priority so we have made it easier for you to pick up your prize. Once you have been contacted to confirm that your prize is ready for pick up, you can pick up your prize between 12 and 4pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays at the address below. See full instructions below including specific notes for Cash winners. Walk-in Pick up
- Come to 1100 Alakea Street, 29th floor, Honolulu, HI between 12 and 4pm, Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
- Proceed to the elevators on the second floor and take the elevators to the 29th floor.
- When you arrive, you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your prize.
- Please note, we do not validate parking.
If you have won prize money from the station
- Submit your filled out W-9 Form via mail to Pacific Media Group, Attn: Prize Pickup, 1100 Alakea Street, 29th Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813; or fax with a cover letter that states the contest and prize amount to (808) 949-5705. You can download a W-9 form from the IRS website.
- Please wait to come in until AFTER you have submitted your W-9 and received a call from us letting you know that your check is ready for pickup.
