Twenty-eight year local Radio/TV veteran, SHANNON SCOTT joins Pacific Media Group’s 947 KUMU as the new weekend host. The former Radio Program Director/ Music Director / Promotions Director and Radio Morning Show Host brings a genuine love for old school hits.
“He is the ultimate host, providing musicians with a platform to share an important element of our local culture,” explains 947 KUMU Programming Director, Kelsey “K-Smooth” Yogi.
Scott attended Mililani High School and University of Hawaii, hosted Heineken Hot Hawaiian Nights as well as produced and hosted TV show, “Let’s Hook It Up” on K5. He is a proud husband to Mandi, and father of two beautiful daughters, Tiani and Moanike’ala.
