Our History
Smart Pest Prevention was founded by two entrepreneurs, Tim Watson and David Gustafson, who actively seek out fragmented industries with substandard customer service tools and methods. It came to their attention that Pest Control is such an industry in 2013. Since that time they, along with fellow owner and industry subject matter expert, John Rourke, have built Smart Pest Prevention around the values of innovation and superior service.
